This Privacy Policy describes how RYU 合同会社 / RYU LLC (Tokyo, Japan; the "Operator") collects, uses, and shares information when you use 逐日 (the "Service", available via sun.29t.com, mobile apps, and web clients).

1. Information we collect

  • Identifiers: a randomly generated wallet-style address (e.g. 0xabc…) created on first sign-in, an associated Nostr public key derived locally on the client, and an optional nickname / avatar / short bio you choose. These form your public identity within the Service.
  • Optional contact: email address and phone number, only if you choose to bind one for account recovery / login. Stored as salted hashes; raw values are not retained beyond verification.
  • Content you post: text, images, video, attachments, comments, likes, follows. Public posts are visible to anyone with the channel; private posts are visible only to you and channel moderators.
  • Device data: a push-notification token (FCM on Android / APNs on iOS), app version, OS version, and IP address recorded in server access logs (rotated within 30 days).
  • Crash / error reports: when the app crashes, anonymized stack traces are sent to Sentry.
  • Lightning address binding (optional): if you bind an external Lightning Address to receive zaps, we store that string. We do not custody funds, hold private keys, or settle payments.

2. How we use information

  • To operate the Service: render feeds, deliver messages, route private threads, push notifications.
  • To verify identity: sending one-time codes to a bound email / phone for sign-in or recovery.
  • To moderate: detect spam, enforce community rules, respond to legal requests.
  • To diagnose: investigate crashes and performance issues via Sentry.

We do not run advertising, do not sell personal information, and do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure subprocessors required to deliver the Service:

  • Cloudflare R2: stores user-uploaded media (images / video).
  • Mux: encodes and serves uploaded video.
  • Apple APNs / Google FCM: delivers push notifications to your device.
  • Sentry: receives crash / error telemetry (anonymized — no address / email / phone is sent; identifiers are SHA-256 hashed before being attached to events).
  • Public Nostr relays: when you initiate a Lightning zap, your zap-request event (containing the amount, recipient, and an optional memo) is sent to a configured set of public Nostr relays for receipt aggregation. Regular posts are not synced to Nostr. This forwarding only happens during the Lightning zap flow and matches how the Nostr / Lightning ecosystems work.

Transactional email (verification codes, password reset) is sent through an SMTP server operated by us at mail.ryuclub.jp — no third-party email provider is involved.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information to comply with valid legal orders served on the Operator in Japan.

4. Your rights

You can edit your profile, delete posts, unbind email / phone, and delete your account from within the app. Account deletion is irreversible: the address is anonymized, posts are hidden, and personal contact bindings are erased within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations. Encrypted database snapshots are stored on S3 with a tiered lifecycle (30d Standard → 90d Infrequent Access → 365d cold storage → permanent deletion); within 365 days every snapshot containing your data is purged.

5. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Cross-border transfers

The Operator is based in Japan. Some subprocessors operate globally (Cloudflare, Apple, Google, Sentry, Mux, AWS for object storage of database snapshots). By using the Service you consent to data being processed in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app.

1. 取得する情報

  • 識別子:初回サインイン時に生成されるウォレット形式のアドレス(例:0xabc…)、クライアント上で ローカルに導出される Nostr 公開鍵、ユーザーが任意で設定するニックネーム / アバター / 自己紹介。
  • 連絡先(任意):アカウント復旧・ログイン用にバインドする場合のメールアドレス・電話番号。塩付きハッシュで保存 し、平文は検証以降保持しません。
  • 投稿内容:テキスト、画像、動画、添付、コメント、いいね、フォロー。公開投稿はチャンネル参加者に、限定投稿は 本人とチャンネルモデレーターのみに表示。
  • 端末情報:プッシュ通知トークン(Android FCM / iOS APNs)、アプリ・OS バージョン、サーバーアクセスログ上の IP(30 日以内にローテート)。
  • クラッシュ・エラー情報:Sentry へ匿名化したスタックトレースを送信。
  • Lightning アドレスのバインド(任意):外部 Lightning Address を zap 受領用に登録した場合、その文字列を保存。 当社は資金を預からず、秘密鍵を保有せず、決済も行いません。

2. 利用目的

  • サービス提供(フィード描画、メッセージ配信、プライベートスレッド、プッシュ通知)。
  • 本人確認(バインド済み連絡先に対するワンタイムコード送付)。
  • モデレーション(スパム検出、コミュニティ規約遵守、法令対応)。
  • 不具合調査(Sentry によるクラッシュ・性能解析)。

広告は配信せず、個人情報の販売も行わず、AI モデル学習にも使用しません。

3. 第三者への共有

サービス提供に必要なサブプロセッサーとのみ共有します:

  • Cloudflare R2:ユーザーアップロード媒体(画像 / 動画)の保管。
  • Mux:アップロード動画のトランスコード・配信。
  • Apple APNs / Google FCM:プッシュ通知配信。
  • Sentry:匿名化されたクラッシュ・エラー情報の受信(アドレス / メール / 電話は送信せず、識別子は SHA-256 ハッシュ化してから添付)。
  • 公開 Nostr リレー:Lightning zap 発行時、zap リクエスト(金額・受領者・任意のメモを含む)を所定の公開 Nostr リレー群へ転送。通常の投稿は Nostr に同期されません。本転送は Lightning zap フローでのみ発生し、Nostr / Lightning エコシステムの仕様に沿った動作です。

認証・パスワード再設定メールは当社運営の SMTP サーバー(mail.ryuclub.jp)で送信され、第三者メールサービスを 介しません。

個人情報の販売・貸与は行いません。日本の有効な法的命令に対応する場合のみ開示することがあります。

4. ユーザーの権利

アプリ内でプロフィール編集、投稿削除、メール / 電話のバインド解除、アカウント削除が可能です。アカウント削除は不可逆で、 アドレスの匿名化、投稿の非表示化、連絡先バインドの削除を 30 日以内に実施します(法令上の保存義務に従います)。 暗号化された DB スナップショットは段階的ライフサイクル(30 日 Standard → 90 日 Infrequent Access → 365 日コールドストレージ → 完全削除)で S3 に保管され、365 日以内にユーザーデータを含む全スナップショットが消去されます。

5. 児童について

本サービスは 13 歳未満の児童を対象としていません。意図的に児童の個人情報を取得することはありません。児童による情報提供 にお気づきの場合はご連絡ください、削除いたします。

6. 国境を越えた移転

当社は日本に所在しますが、一部サブプロセッサー(Cloudflare、Apple、Google、Sentry、Mux、DB スナップショット保管用の AWS S3)はグローバルに運用されます。 本サービスをご利用いただくことで、お住まいの国とは異なるデータ保護法を持つ管轄区域でデータが処理されることに同意した ものとみなされます。

7. 変更

本ポリシーは更新される場合があります。冒頭の「Last updated」は最新版の日付です。重大な変更はアプリ内で通知します。

2. 使用目的

  • 提供本服务(渲染信息流、投递消息、私密线程路由、推送通知)。
  • 身份验证(向已绑定的邮箱 / 手机号发送一次性验证码)。
  • 内容审核(检测垃圾信息、执行社区准则、配合合法请求)。
  • 故障诊断(通过 Sentry 排查崩溃与性能问题)。

我们不投放广告,不出售个人信息,亦不将您的数据用于训练 AI 模型。

3. 第三方共享

仅与提供服务所需的基础设施子处理方共享:

  • Cloudflare R2:存放用户上传的媒体(图片 / 视频)。
  • Mux:对上传视频进行转码与分发。
  • Apple APNs / Google FCM:投递推送通知。
  • Sentry:接收匿名化的崩溃 / 错误数据(不发送地址 / 邮箱 / 手机号;标识符发送前先 SHA-256 哈希化)。
  • 公开 Nostr relay:发起 Lightning zap 时,zap 请求事件(含金额、收款方、可选备注)会被发送到一组配置好的 公开 Nostr relay 用于回执聚合。普通帖子不会被同步到 Nostr。本转发仅在 Lightning zap 流程中发生,符合 Nostr / Lightning 生态固有工作模式。

事务邮件(验证、找回密码)由本公司自营的 SMTP 服务器(mail.ryuclub.jp)发送,不经第三方邮件服务商。

本公司不出售或出租个人数据。仅在收到日本管辖范围内有效法律命令时披露相关信息。

4. 您的权利

您可在 App 内编辑个人资料、删除帖子、解绑邮箱 / 手机号、注销账号。注销不可逆:30 天内对地址匿名化、帖子隐藏、解绑联系 方式(受法律保留义务约束)。加密的数据库快照按分级生命周期(30 天 Standard → 90 天 低频访问 → 365 天 冷存储 → 永久删除) 保存在 S3,365 天内所有含您数据的快照均被清除。

5. 未成年人

本服务不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童个人信息。如发现儿童提供了个人信息,请告知,我们将删除。

6. 跨境传输

本公司位于日本。部分子处理方(Cloudflare、Apple、Google、Sentry、Mux、用于数据库快照存储的 AWS S3)在全球范围运营。使用本服务即同意您的数据可能在与 您所在国不同的数据保护法律辖区内被处理。

7. 变更

本政策可能更新,顶部「Last updated」反映最新版本日期。重大变更将在 App 内通知。
